Trail Ridge Landfill

 It has been 17 years since WM identified Trail Ridge as a landfill
site, bought it, and opened
it for use as Jacksonville’s landfill. In
1992 we opened the first phase and the current cell is nearly full.
It is now time
to address this capacity issue.
The City of Jacksonville and WM have been working hard to prepare
for
the future. Together, we’ve enhanced and restated the contract to make
it even more beneficial for Jacksonville citizens and businesses.
We have made a good deal better.
